Coronovirus Actions taken at Photography by Zoe
Dear My Lovely Clients,
In these unprecedented times, I want to share what we are doing at Photography by Zoe to protect the health of all our clients during the COVID-19 pandemic. As always, we are diligently following sanitising protocols in our home studio, but now with a great deal more frequency.Upon entering the home studio each day, and between each client, we are taking extra care to sanitise all high-touch surfaces (camera equipment, door knobs, railings, chairs, light switches, etc.). In addition, our low-touch surfaces (walls, windows) get sanitised daily and any of the reusable props at your session (blankets, clothing) are always washed in hot water and dried on high heat prior to usage.
And because I am being as careful as I can, my nails are trimmed and scrubbed, my clothing is changed after each client, my jewellry is left at home and you will see me sanitising my hands frequently during your session. When you arrive at the studio, please leave coats, bags and other personal items in the car. Please remove your shoes and leave them by the entryway. Then, thoroughly wash your hands for the recommended 20 seconds. (Pick your favourite song chorus to sing!)We are currently limiting studio access to immediate family only: no grandparents or other extended family members during the session, please. If you’d like to have just your newborn photographed at this time, and parents or siblings at a later date, please contact me to make arrangements, we are glad to accommodate this request. And of course, if you or your children feel unwell, or exhibit any cold or flu-like symptoms, please call to rebook your session at no charge.
Please contact me with any questions or concerns regarding your upcoming session, I want you to be completely comfortable with your experience. If you are not comfortable proceeding with your session right now and would like to postpone your booked session, I understand and I am happy to take care of that as well.
Sending you air hugs,
Lots of love
